The Augustana residential tower adds to the list of high-rise residential projects altering the skyline of Downtown Edmonton. Augustana is comprised of 30-storeys of residential space, totaling 226 units, and is intended to deliver high-quality rental space for residents of Downtown. Augustana holds space for retail bays on the main floor, and contains a sizable parkade for the convenience of residents.

Working alongside the team from Dialog Architecture and with developer Pangman Development Corporation, Arrow’s Electrical team worked to deliver a an efficient yet highly stylized interior lighting design, along with the design of distribution equipment, including branch circuit panels. Arrow is contracted to work on the Augustana from schematic / design development all the way through to construction. Augustana is tentatively scheduled for construction in Fall 2016.
