Working in collaboration with Humphreys and Partners Architects, and developer Procura, Arrow Engineering contributed Mechanical and Electrical services for Century Park Tower, an 18-storey residential tower located in Century Park, Edmonton. Century Park Tower is comprised of 168 residential units (one and two bedroom suites), with two levels of underground parking, and is heralded as the “epitome of cutting-edge environmental engineering and technology”. Featuring solar panels, triple glazed windows, high speed elevators, a fitness facility, a resident’s lounge and urban gardens, created for the use of residents, Century Park Tower offers downtown style living out of Edmonton’s downtown core.  Century Park Tower will utilize sourced heat and power using energy-efficient materials; the design of these systems required significant contributions by Arrow’s Mechanical and Electrical design teams, and provides residents with the opportunity to live in a cutting-edge, energy-efficient space.

Century Park Tower has experienced numerous owner-driven changes in both scope and project team representation at the owner level. This complex project has required that our team remain nimble and organized throughout the duration of design and construction, as is often the case in long term projects. This project was completed in 2019.
