The Glenwood Health Centre project demonstrates the skills of our Civil team in the delivery of quality, functional site design in a high-traffic, new site. With extensive experience in public projects, our team understands the requirements set forth in liaising with City officials and the requirements of municipalities.

Working alongside the team from Fuse Architecture and Design, Arrow’s Civil team worked to oversee the surface works component of the Glenwood site, coordinated with private utilities to organize the relocation of existing power poles to allow for underground work completion, provided feedback and design related to sidewalk and curb details, reviewed all Municipal Improvement Agreement requirements required by the City of Edmonton, prepared record drawings, and reviewed lot grading certificates.
