Project Summary

POINTS WEST LIVING STETTLER

Points West Living, Stettler, provides occupants and their families with different levels of care, helping residents to age in place.

Comprised of two-storeys, PWL, Stettler is a B2 occupancy building, with 88 units of designated assisted living, including 40 suites with Memory Care, and 13 independent living units all focused on cottage-style living. Additional space included amenity space such as an exercise room, a hair salon, a guest suite, and a spa room.

Arrow’s Mechanical and Electrical team collaborated closely with one another and with the rest of the design team to ensure that this project met the requirements of the client group while considering the needs of the end user.

With occupant comfort at front of mind, our design teams applied their extensive experience in the design of assisted and independent living facilities to design security and safety features as well as specific mechanical systems catering to individual levels of comfort.
