Project Summary
Arrow’s Mechanical and Civil teams are currently working through the development of Lister Hall 5, which was borne from the need to house the University of Alberta’s rapidly growing population; the intent of Lister Hall 5 is to accommodate an additional 25% full-time students within an estimated 110,000 SF.
Throughout this modified design-build process, the Arrow’s team has worked closely with the University of Alberta’s project delivery team who require a high level of involvement in their projects.
Lister Hall is comprised of five storeys with 460 beds and is intended to contain amenity and support spaces, residence coordinator space as well as generic student living units. Amenity spaces include study rooms, lounge / kitchenettes, common lounges and washroom facilities, as well as bike storage, custodial services, recycling and additional spaces intended to enhance the quality of life for students within the residence.
