Members of our team provided mechanical engineering services for this 2-storey, 80,000 SF office building incorporating a full geo-thermal system with distributed heat pumps and air-to-air heat exchangers.
The AMA Kingsway Branch project includes a number of offices, open lobby areas, meeting rooms with A/V, staff lounges, washrooms, a data centre, training rooms, file/mail room, storage areas and a drive-in vehicle bay.
Our design approach addressed the client’s vision to construct a sophisticated, environmentally conscientious building with current technology mechanical systems and sustainable design features.
Project construction for the AMA Kingsway Branch was completed on schedule, in the fall of 2009.
