Our civil engineering team has spent years working throughout Western Canada providing engineering services for land development. These engineers pride themselves on building strong working relationships within the industry and amongst municipal regulatory groups. These crucial relationships allow our team to move quickly through approval processes and respond to fast turnaround times.

The civil team also focuses on creating robust relationships with each client it works with. By understanding our clients’ needs and expectations, the team delivers feasible, economic designs that fulfill project requirements and stand the test of time.

Civil engineering services:

  • Preliminary designs and conceptual plans
  • Work with planners to create Area Structure Plans (ASP’s) and Neighbourhood Structure Plans (NSP’s)
  • Neighbourhood Design Reports (NDR’s)
  • Site grading, drainage, and stormwater management design (including parks and parking lots)
  • Watermain, sanitary, and storm pipe design (deep utilities)
  • Roads (including local residential, collector, and arterial), as well as parking lots
  • Coordinate designs with shallow utilities, including natural gas, electrical, CATV, and telephone
  • Attain approvals from municipal authorities

Project Management services:

  • Tendering and contractor selection for construction projects
  • Construction and services cost estimates
  • Preparing contracts and specifications
  • Administrating contracts (including Progress Certificates)
  • Construction overview, site meetings, inspections, and quality control
