Steven Cale is an experienced Designer within our Mechanical team with over nine years of experience. As a designer, he thinks creatively and critically, while understanding and addressing clients needs, which makes him well versed in the delivery of projects through a variety of project sectors, including education facilities, corporate and industrial offices, and mixed-use spaces. Steven pays close attention to detail and produces quality work addresses problems head on even under pressure he is able to work within deadlines. As a dedicated team player, he is approachable, optimistic, respectful and engages positively helping to maintain much of Arrow’s award-winning culture.
