Our Parents’ Home at Beth Shalom demonstrates the ability of our team to work toward the delivery of integrated engineering services, in support of a large, long-term project. Our Parents’ Home offers a high standard of Seniors’ Care in the heart of downtown Edmonton, and is intended to offer luxurious, independent and comfortable space to residents.

Arrow worked in collaboration with the rest of the project team in the delivery of 23-storeys of high-rise, assisted living space. Our Parents’ Home is classified as multi-use, and is, comprised of common areas, a library, a “lounge in the sky” a full-service kitchen facility, restaurant space, a fitness facility, retail space on the main floor, and two levels of heated underground parkade.

There were significant owner-driven deviations in budget and schedule which required adaptability on the part of our project team. These changes required significant collaboration between teams, and demonstrate the tenacity of Arrow’s design and project management teams.
